Traverse City Film Festival "Just Great Movies"

Traverse City Film Festival - July 29 - August 3

This is the fourth year for what has quickly become a premier event and one of the largest and most anticipated film festivals in the Midwest. 

The Traverse City Film Festival places special emphasis on foreign films, American independents, documentaries and other special films.

One of the highlights throughout the week are the FREE films shown nightly on a giant 60' inflatable outdoor screen in the Open Space Park right on the beautiful Grand Traverse Bay.  This year's free outdoor films will be:

July 29      Ghostbuster

July 30      The best of Looney Toons cartoons

July 31      Singin' in the Rain

August 1   Back to the Future

August 2   A League of Their Own

August 3  Alternate day, in case other movies are rained out
